Parliamo dell’occasione per eccellenza che vede il cibo protagonista dello splendido gioco della seduzione…la cena romantica! E non in un ristorante di lusso, ma nella propria casa! La verità è che non c’è atto d’amore più grande e gradito, durante il corteggiamento, di un uomo che cucina per te. Se un uomo decide di passare l’intero pomeriggio ai fornelli per la donna per cui ha perso la testa (e soprattutto se non è una cosa che ama particolarmente fare), se compra appositamente del vino ricercato, apparecchia la tavola con tanto di candele e ti regala un mazzo di rose rosse, può star sicuro di avere guadagnato agli occhi della sua amata, mille punti!!! A noi donne un uomo che organizza appositamente una cenetta così, ci riempie di orgoglio…ci sentiamo davvero al centro dei suoi pensieri! E soprattutto desiderate! Il cibo è amore, passione, desiderio, fascino e può parlare davvero con limpidezza di quello che siamo e vogliamo. L’invito a cena è in genere il preludio di una storia d’amore: una donna non accetta un tet-a tet da un uomo  di cui non è interessata. CONSIGLI PER VOI MASCHIETTI

Il nostro “chef per un giorno”, il padrone di casa, deve per prima cosa darsi alla pulizia della casa (purtroppo noi donne abbiamo per natura l’occhio critico per queste cose, e si sà in che stato sono gli appartamenti degli uomini single..!!!) e soprattutto alla presentazione della cena. basta davvero poco per rendere una tavola elegante: dei bei bicchieri di cristallo per il vino e l’acqua, dei sottopiatti di ceramica (il nero è uno dei colori più chic), i tovaglioli avvolti da un nastro di raso, le candele che non devono assolutamente mancare, un bel mazzo di rose rosse e della musica soft di sottofondo. Ora viene il bello: la preparazione della cena!!!

Dedicate la mattina agli acquisti degli ingredienti: mi raccomando, freschi e di prima scelta! ( Nella mia città esiste il “mercato a km zero”, dove i contadini e le fattorie comasche vendono i propri prodotti direttamente al pubblico. Quindi carne, formaggi, e salumi sono super freschi e genuini!!!) Ricordatevi che non è necessario strafare, se si utilizzano prodotti di prima qualità il successo è assicurato! Non scegliete ricette troppo complicate (soprattutto se cucinare non è la vostra massima passione): piuttosto che correre il rischio di fare qualche pasticcio optate per qualcosa che ci riesce meglio non troppo elaborato. Prestate però particolare attenzione al vino: deve essere di ottima provenienza, bianco da abbinare al pesce, rosso per la carne e dolce o passito per il dessert. Se non siete particolarmente “afferrati” in materia, recatevi in una vineria, lì sapranno consigliarvi senza margini di errore, sul giusto vino da abbinare in base alle portate della cena. Nel pomeriggio dedicatevi finalmente alla preparazione ovviamente solo di tutto ciò che è freddo (come l’antipasto), sughi che necessitano di una cottura lenta ed il dolce (soprattutto se deve riposare in frigorifero). Il resto andrà cucinato all’ultimo momento (come la pasta, il pesce o la carne). Ricordatevi, e non smetterò mai di ripeterlo, che la perfezione si trova nelle cose semplici! Non sarà necessario strafare per fare colpo, basterà un buon bicchiere di vino, un sorriso e un piatto cucinato con amore!

Remember that it is not necessary to overdo it , if you use first quality products, success is guaranteed! However, pay particular attention to the wine: it must be of excellent provenance, white to match with fish, red for meat and sweet or raisin for dessert. If you are not particularly “grabbed” on the subject, go to a winery, there they will advise you without margins of error, on the right wine to match according to the course of dinner. In the afternoon, finally devote to the preparation of course only of all that is cold (like the appetizer), sauces that need a slow cooking and dessert (especially if you have to rest in the fridge). E A NOI DONNE COSA RESTA FARE?!

Bè, ovviamente farci belle e carine per un’occasione così speciale! Per una volta abbandoniamo i jeans, capo passpartout: saranno comodi ed abbinabili con tutto, ma un uomo che ci dedica una cena tutta per noi merita di più! Avrete capito che sono una fan degli abitini, li trovo perfetti per ogni occasione, proprio perchè spaziano dai modelli più sportivi a quelli chic ed eleganti. E soprattutto non ci mettono in crisi davanti all’armadio! Vale la pena indossarne uno! Dovrà essere ovviamente elegante ma non troppo sexy, la regola numero uno della seduzione è: “lasciare immaginare e desiderare” non “scoprire”. Cercate però di non esagerare, non addobbatevi come un albero di natale: se indossate un bel paio di orecchini importanti non indossate la collana, e viceversa. Le scarpe devono essere rigorosamente col tacco, slanciano la figura e vi donano un portamento elegante e sensuale (oltre che centimetri in più per le piccoline come me!). Per quanto riguarda il colore dell’abito (che sia di seta, cotone, lana, viscosa)il nero resta il top dello chic, e non si sbaglia mai!! Però chi volesse cambiare può virare anche sui toni del cammello, grigio perla, rosa cipria.  per quanto riguarda la capigliatura, che decidiate per il capello sciolto o raccolto, il risultato finale deve essere assolutamente naturale. Poi una goccia di profumo e via!
